About the product

A3.Meet runs corporate video meetings so that they leave a result: signed minutes, action items with owners and a recording you can find six months later.

The meeting is over. What is left of it?

In most organizations the answer is the same: a recording nobody rewatches and notes in someone’s notebook. Decisions were discussed, but who does what by when only becomes clear a week later. The board waits several days for the minutes and then just as long to collect signatures. A3.Meet is built for those who care less about the video call itself and more about what happens after it.

What sets A3.Meet apart

A meeting ends with a document

The minutes are ready a few minutes after the meeting: a summary, decisions, action items with owners and deadlines. The host approves them, and the document goes for signing in A3.EDM. For boards of directors, committees and disciplinary hearings this removes a week of routine work.

A meeting is connected to the work

An interview is linked to a candidate, a client call to a deal, a hearing to a case or a counterparty. The recording, transcript and action items end up where people will look for them, not in a separate archive.

Everyone speaks their own language

The interface, live captions, simultaneous interpretation and minutes work in six languages: Russian, English, Kazakh, Kyrgyz, Uzbek and Mongolian. Participants from Almaty, Bishkek and Ulaanbaatar in one meeting each hear and read in their own language.

One product instead of a set of services

Working meetings, webinars for a thousand participants, broadcasts, the whiteboard, recording and AI minutes live in one product with shared permissions, policies and an audit log. The security team has to review one service, not five.

Works alongside what you already have

A3.Meet does not require moving all of the company’s work into it. It connects to other A3 products through the API and webhooks, and if there are no other products, it works on its own with no loss of features.
