How we develop the product

Priorities are set by customer requests and the requirements of the five markets: speech recognition quality in Kazakh, Kyrgyz, Uzbek and Mongolian, phone number capacity for telephony, and data residency requirements. New features are first tested with pilot customers and then released to everyone.
