Meetings that leave a result
A3.Meet runs corporate video meetings and prepares the minutes right after them: decisions, action items with deadlines, open questions. The approved document goes for signing in A3.EDM, and the interface and captions work in six languages.
Built for organization-wide scale
The meeting is over. The work goes on
Ordinary video calls end when the call ends. In A3.Meet a meeting becomes a document and tasks: the minutes are ready in a few minutes, action items go to their owners, and the answer to “what did we agree on in March” is found in seconds.
Minutes ready in minutes
AI compiles a summary, decisions for each agenda item, action items with deadlines and open questions. Five templates, from a working meeting to a committee session.
Action items reach their owners
Every action item gets an owner and a deadline and becomes a task in the ecosystem products. Nothing gets lost between the meeting and the work.
Signing in A3.EDM
The host approves the minutes and sends them for signing with one button. Signature statuses are shown right on the meeting card.
Answers across all meetings
Ask AI about one meeting or every meeting in the organization and get an answer with links to timecodes and sources.
Everything for meetings in one product
From a daily stand-up to a webinar for a thousand participants. Instead of separate services for calls, webinars, recording and minutes, the organization gets one product with shared permissions, policies and audit.
AI minutes with action items
Decisions, action items with deadlines and open questions right after the meeting. Approval, export to DOCX and PDF, signing in A3.EDM.
Everyone hears their own language
Live captions and simultaneous voice interpretation. Each participant chooses the language in which they read and hear the meeting.
Up to 50 breakout rooms
Manual, automatic or random assignment, import from a file, a timer, messages to all rooms and a recording of each one.
Webinars and broadcasts
Registration, a green room for speakers, polls and speaker Q&A. Broadcasting to YouTube, VK Video and Rutube.
Order in a large meeting
Participant roles, a raised-hand queue, speaking time limits, a lobby and removal with a ban on rejoining.
End-to-end encryption and audit
E2EE mode for confidential meetings, IP and country restrictions, and a log of every action with delivery to a SIEM.
Small things participants notice
A meeting runs smoothly when the product handles the small annoyances: being late, a weak network, a forgotten muted microphone or a second camera.
What did I miss
A latecomer gets a short AI summary of what has been said and joins the conversation without anyone recapping.
Check before joining
Camera, microphone, speakers and a network test on the join screen, before anyone else sees you.
You are muted
A prompt if you start talking with your microphone off, and push-to-talk with the space bar.
Your phone as a second camera
A QR code connects your phone to the same meeting: show a document on the desk or a whiteboard in the meeting room.
Picture-in-picture
The meeting window stays on top of other apps with microphone, camera and leave buttons.
Backgrounds, masks and touch-up
Blur, organization backgrounds, your own images, lighting correction and masks without a drop in frame rate.
Privacy is the organization’s choice
Organization policy defines what can be recorded, who is allowed AI processing and who can see the materials. Every action with a recording or minutes goes into the log.
Security and data residency- The recording notice cannot be turned off: a banner, a voice announcement and a mark in the file
- AI processing can be disabled for the organization, a department or a single meeting
- Confidential meeting: downloads disabled and a watermark with the viewer’s name
- Access only from allowed IP addresses and allowed countries
- The log records joins, recording, downloads and AI access to content
Five countries, one product
The primary environment is hosted in Kazakhstan. A separate data processing environment is provided for customers in Russia and Uzbekistan. Requirements for Kyrgyzstan and Mongolia are still being reviewed by lawyers, so we do not call them settled.
