If a subscription expires, meetings in progress are not interrupted, and recordings stay available during a grace period. New meetings can be created after renewal.
Pricing questions
What happens when the participant limit is exceeded?
A new participant sees a clear message instead of a technical error, and the host gets a notification. Those already in the meeting are not disconnected.
Can I buy a license for concurrent meetings instead of per host?
Yes, on the Enterprise plan and with on-premises deployment. This license limits the number of parallel meetings, not the number of employees.
How is telephony billed?
Inbound and outbound call minutes are deducted from the package for each destination. The organization administrator sees usage and the remaining balance.
Is end-to-end encryption available on the Free plan?
No. End-to-end encryption is available from the Start plan. In a meeting that uses it, server-side recording, transcription, AI minutes, telephony and broadcasting do not work.
