Calendar sync
Employees do not have to change the calendar they already use. A3.Meet meetings appear in Google, Outlook or Yandex 360, and busy time from external calendars is taken into account when finding a slot. A meeting room is booked together with the meeting.

Frequently asked questions
Will a meeting from Outlook appear in A3.Meet?
Yes. Sync works both ways: changes in the external calendar and in A3.Meet are visible in both places.
How is sync different from a subscription link?
Sync moves meetings and busy time in both directions. A subscription link only shows the A3.Meet schedule in any calendar that supports iCalendar.
